SN Servicing Corporation is closely monitoring the events surrounding the spread of COVID-19. It is our goal to keep everyone healthy and safe and to maintain our day-to-day operations with minimal interruption.

As global concern about the COVID-19 outbreak grows, we have implemented an emergency management plan which limits the number of people in each office with the balance of our employees working remotely in order to minimize the risk of exposure. Social distancing guidelines, as stated in our Infectious Disease Control Policy, have been provided to the in-office staff.

An internal website has been created to share critical information and updates with the SNSC staff. The internal website notes details from the emergency management plan and provides guidelines on what to expect for the employee.

As both COVID-19 and closings designed to slow its path continue to spread, SNSC realizes our borrowers are concerned about the impact on their financial lives. SN Servicing is committed to help meet the needs of those customers affected by the pandemic. We have notified our borrowers to keep the lines of communication open so we can best assist them. This could mean for example, waiving fees for missed loan payments for out-of-work borrowers.

SN Servicing Corporation wants all to know that having employees work remotely/offsite will not impact business. Our staff will be available, as always, to work with our borrowers and answer any questions.
