Lisa Cook — Chief Technology Officer

Lisa Cook leads SNSC’s technology organization, including infrastructure, software engineering, cybersecurity, and the Project Management Office. With over 25 years of experience in financial services technology, Lisa has driven large-scale cloud migrations and agile transformations.​

She brings deep expertise in modern software practices and change leadership, with a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Washington. Lisa is guiding SNSC’s evolution into a platform-driven, data-enabled servicing organization.
