Sandra Austin – Senior Vice President, Loan Administration
Sandra Austin joined SN Servicing Corporation in 1999 as the Loan Service Manager.
She brought with her more than 17 years of experience in the field of servicing for
commercial, residential, performing and non-performing assets.
Prior to joining SN Servicing Corporation, Ms. Austin was Vice President of Default
Administration for the Home Improvement Loan Division of The Money Store for two years.
Ms. Austin was also with Washington Mutual/American Savings Bank for 15 years, serving
as Vice President and Manager of Default Administration. In this position, she managed
all servicing functions for residential portfolios as well as the default administration
unit for commercial loans.
