Ronald L. Williams – Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Williams joined SN Servicing Corporation to support the company's entry into
third-party servicing. Mr.Williams brings 17 years of experience in the financial
services industry.
Most recently he served as Executive Vice President at Williams & Williams Real
Estate Auction Company where he managed the firm's worldwide auction sales team
and capital markets group. Prior to joining Williams & Williams, he was a key player
in Wachovia Bank's Structured Products Group. In that capacity, he was responsible
for portfolio surveillance, loan servicing, business operations, and loan originations.
In addition, he managed operations supporting whole loan trades, servicing retained
trades, and securitizations. He also performed portfolio surveillance on over $4
billion in mortgaged assets, performed due diligence on servicing operations, and
designed and developed an international mortgage origination and servicing platform.
Prior to joining Wachovia, Mr. Williams worked at HomEq Servicing Corporation where
he was instrumental in helping build out HomEq's third party servicing platform.
Mr. Williams received his bachelor's degree in Finance from California State University.
