John Piland – Senior Vice President, Corporate Finance
John Piland joined SN Servicing Corporation in October 2006 as the Senior Vice President
of Corporate Finance. He brought with him more than 23 years of public accounting
experience and 15 years experience with Security National as independent CPA. All
the while, maintaining a high level of integrity with clients and ethical standards
required for holding CPA licenses.
Mr. Piland is responsible for managing the accounting department, for recruiting
and hiring accounting staff, including the controller positions and internal audit
personnel. He is the primary contact and liaison for the Internal Audit Programs
being implemented by Newbold Advisors
Prior to joining SN Servicing Corporation, Mr. Piland was the sole shareholder of
the Hesse, Green & Piland firm in Eureka, California, whose primary customer was
Security National. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration
from Humboldt State University.
