Jack J. Mendheim – Executive Vice President, Business Development and Asset Acquisitions
Jack Mendheim joined the Company in 1991 to coordinate the start-up of loan collections
and litigation activities in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. Mr. Mendheim is currently
responsible for the Company's business development activities, loan purchases, portfolio
acquisitions, negotiations, pricing and financing. Additionally, Mr. Mendheim manages the
real estate owned (REOs) collection efforts for assets over $50,000 and oversees litigation
proceedings. He has been instrumental in all phases of the Company's strategic planning,
growth and development.
Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Mendheim served as an attorney in a private practice,
specializing in litigation with the RTC and FDIC from 1986-1990. From 1980-1986, he served
as an assistant District Attorney for the 22nd District Court and a municipal attorney for
the Village of Folsom, Louisiana.
Mr. Mendheim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Louisiana
State University and a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University of Law. He has been a member
of the Louisiana State Bar since 1979.
