Eric Hibbert - Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy
Mr. Hibbert has been with the Company since November 2008. He is responsible for
corporate strategy, planning and implementation of the Company’s business plan.
Prior to joining SN Servicing Corporation, he spent 19 years at Lehman Brothers
as a Managing Director in charge of Residential Mortgage Credit and as the Chief
Risk officer of Lehman Brothers Bank. He was responsible for Credit Risk and Due
Diligence for Lehman’s residential trading platform and lending businesses. During
his tenure at Lehman Brothers he participated in the build out of nine origination
platforms: Aurora Loan Services, Finance America, BNC Mortgage, and Lehman Brother’s
Small Business Finance in the US; Southern Pacific Mortgage Limited and Preferred
Mortgage Limited in the UK; ELQ Hypotheken in the Netherlands, Libertus Jutaku Loan
in Tokyo, and Korea Central Mortgage in South Korea.
Mr. Hibbert has been involved with the Company since 1995 from an overall business
relationship standpoint. His team at Lehman Brothers performed due diligence and
was part of the approval process for the Company credit facilities. Mr. Hibbert
holds a BS in electrical engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles.
