Brian Morrissey - Senior Vice President, Real Estate
Brian Morrissey joined SNMHC in 2004 as the Senior Vice President of the Company’s real estate division, Security National Properties.
Mr. Morrissey has almost 20 years experience in the real estate industry. During his tenure at Union Pacific Railroad, he was involved in all aspects of property management, including sales, lease, license and acquisitions. In addition, Mr. Morrissey is licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska, and prior to Union Pacific, he owned his own real estate consulting firm where he did residential and commercial appraisals, litigation support and legal representation.
Mr. Morrissey oversees the lease, acquisition and development of real estate assets throughout the United States. Since joining the Company, he has been instrumental in driving the strategic growth of the Real Estate division, which in the last three years, has doubled its assets in square footage.
